FILE_ATTRIBUTE_ACCESS_CAN_WRITE

A key in the "access" namespace for getting write privileges.

Corresponding #GFileAttributeType is gio.types.FileAttributeType.Boolean.

This attribute will be true if the user is able to write to the file.
