FILE_ATTRIBUTE_ACCESS_CAN_RENAME

A key in the "access" namespace for checking renaming privileges.

Corresponding #GFileAttributeType is gio.types.FileAttributeType.Boolean.

This attribute will be true if the user is able to rename the file.
