InputMethodContext.connectPreeditChanged

Connect to PreeditChanged signal.

Emitted whenever the preedit sequence currently being entered has changed. It is also emitted at the end of a preedit sequence, in which case webkit.input_method_context.InputMethodContext.getPreedit returns the empty string.
